Product Line Expansions!

Mesh Belt Furnaces offer high production, continuous processing of a wide variety
of small parts and other light weight components. Our modular design allows for a choice of several standardized furnace
zone types, furnace heating systems, and quenching options. Very recently, the product line has been expanded to include a 6,000
lb/hr, high production furnace line. The furnace line is a high capacity system which includes a computerized bulk loading system,
a unique preheat furnace, hardening furnace with an oil quench tank, post washer unit, high convection temper furnace, and a post-temper
air cooling-down system. The rugged design of all equipment along with numerous features, such as an automatic belt steering system,
provides continuous processing and minimum maintenance requirements.
