Surface Combustion offers a variety of companion parts washing units which can use water-based washing solutions and can be stand alone or integrated into continuous furnace lines. Spray, spray/dunk and immersion tanks are available. The continuous washers utilize conveyors that match the furnace line. Mechanisms include pusher, dogbeam, roller hearth, and belt furnaces. The spray type utilizes a high capacity spray system for spraying workloads with a heated cleaning solution. The spray/dunk type offers the same spray system, but also provides a capability of submerging and agitating the work load for additional cleaning, with a final spray rinse. Immersion tanks can be used to apply a post-process soluble oil coating, if required. Sizes are customized to each specific application.
